Yes. Alex Soldier creates one-of-a-kind fine jewelry, bespoke designs, and private commissions, including engagement rings and meaningful personal creations. Every project is approached with artistic imagination, engineering expertise, and meticulous craftsmanship. Contact our New York City Artist Studio to discuss your vision.
Our New York City Artist Studio offers consultations for jewelry redesign, heirloom transformation, restoration, and select fine jewelry repairs. Each project is evaluated individually for technical feasibility, scope, pricing, and timeline.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the tax requirements of the delivery destination.
Alex Soldier does not collect import duties or taxes imposed by countries outside the United States. International customers are responsible for complying with their destination country's import requirements and for any shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, or other applicable taxes assessed upon arrival.
SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping to all U.S. states via FedEx 2Day or FedEx Express Saver for orders placed directly through our online boutique. This does not apply to purchases made through authorized retailers. All shipments require an adult signature (age 18 or older). We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times depend on the selected service; special orders receive individual timelines. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Yes. International shipping is available, but complimentary shipping does not apply. Customers are responsible for shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and applicable taxes. Delivery times vary by destination and service; special orders receive individual timelines. International sales are final under our standard return policy. Once shipped, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
We email order updates to the address provided at checkout, including shipment and delivery notifications. Please check your spam or junk folder if an update has not arrived.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Eligible merchandise purchased directly through our online boutique may be returned within seven days of receipt for Alex Soldier Store Credit or a refund to the original credit card, excluding packaging, shipping, and handling charges. Store Credit can be used online or at our New York City Artist Studio. A 3% processing fee is deducted from eligible credit card refunds, subject to applicable law; see Shopify Merchant Policy.
Final-sale items: special orders; made-to-order pieces in our Wedding Collection; international orders once shipped; and worn, used, altered, or improperly returned merchandise. Cash refunds are not available for e-Gift Card or Store Credit purchases. All returns require prior authorization.

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for a different size or style within seven days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Special orders are not eligible. Submit a Return Request and select EXCHANGE WITH STORE CREDIT. After approval, you will receive return instructions. Once your merchandise is received, Store Credit is issued by email and is valid for one year. Any price difference, additional shipping, and applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Request a refund for eligible merchandise within seven days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. Refunds go only to the original credit card; purchases made using e-Gift Cards or Store Credit cannot be refunded to a credit card. Submit a Return Request and select REFUND TO CREDIT CARD. Following authorization and receipt of the merchandise, we issue the eligible refund less applicable packaging, shipping, handling, and processing fees. Allow up to four weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
Each Alex Soldier creation is handcrafted in New York City, carefully inspected, and securely packaged. If a parcel appears visibly damaged, please inspect it in the FedEx courier's presence before signing, or refuse delivery. Report any damage promptly and retain all packaging and documentation. Claims are reviewed under our delivery procedures and applicable consumer-protection laws. Please contact our customer care team promptly with any concerns.
All returns require an approved Return Authorization (RA) number; packages without one will be refused.
- Submit your Return Request within seven days of receipt and select exchange or refund.
- Wait for your RA number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the merchandise within 24 hours of authorization.
- Include original tags, labels, packaging, and accompanying documents.
- Mark the RA number outside the package.
- Use insured FedEx, UPS, or USPS overnight service with signature confirmation to the address provided.
Store pieces separately, avoid unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals, and remove jewelry during activities that may cause accidental damage. Delicate settings, gemstones, and intricate metalwork may require specialized care. Contact our Artist Studio for personalized cleaning and maintenance guidance.
